Massage therapists are not prescribing medical practitioners and as such you are required to receive permission from your physician before receiving massage. Some medical conditions are contraindicated (not recomended) for certain types of massage. You will be required to fill out a medical history form that will be reviewed with your therapist before your first service.

We do not operate on specific hours, instead we are able to be more adaptive to our clients schedules by provide by appointment scheduling. Many times are available and it never hurts to ask. Contact us for details.

The easiest way is to contact Cindy directly at (603) 344-3173. Both voice calls and text messages are accepted. Please be aware that if Cindy is in with a client you may need to leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Clients should undress to their own level of comfort; for some this means to remove all clothing, for some this means undergarments, or even shorts. Regardless you will never be exposed nor will there be uncomfortable transitions. Cover draping is a very integral part of massage and always performed with professionalism and dignity. Please be aware that whatever clothing is left on may get small amounts of massage oil on them.

As a new client, we request that you arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork before your treatment.  

This is your mini vacation, so we recommend that you leave your children at home. There are no facilities available to entertain your children and their presence would greatly distract from your experience.

Like in all service professions, gratuity is a thanks for a job well done, although it is never expected, it is always appreciated. None of the services are priced to include a gratuity, so that decision is left to the client.

Out of professional courtesy we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Please call ahead to inform the therapist - we don't want to worry that something happened to you! Late arrivals may only be given the remaining time of their prescheduled appointment in order to maintain the schedule for others. In these instances full payment will still be required.
